This magnificent unit has a breathtaking coastline view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Tropical Gardens and Pools. The master bedroom, second bedroom, and living room open up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. B308 is appropriately decorated in tropical tones of green, blue, and coral. The condominium’s kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a table with seating for six people. This beautiful unit offers a twin bunk room for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa sleeper, flat screen TV, and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The master bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, flat screen TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, flat screen TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the unit for your convenience. Wi-Fi is also available in the unit.

Great Location and Great rental

We stayed at Julie’s condo at the waterscape for a quick 4 night family vacation. The location and cleanliness of the stay was excellent. The balcony had great views of the ocean and pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our sister time

Good view of both pool area and some of the beach. Walked to two different restaurants while there, we flew in and didn't rent a car, so that was nice. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were great.

Great condo and resort

Owner is very responsive and the condo is just as described. Beautiful view from the balcony! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay at Waterscape.

Great family resort close to everything. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Only upgrades it needs it new couches in living room and master mattress. We will be back for sure!! Thanks to Julie for all her communication and assuring we had a pleasant stay.

Wonderful Stay

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in the most beautiful condo with the most comfortable furnishings. Everything was as expected and detailed. Amazing location with lots of fun for kids

The check-in process was super easy and the hosts were very easy to reach. The house was as described and the activities were amazing for small children. We would definitely stay there again, however, the only issue we had was when the maintenance guy showed up unannounced and walked in on her while she was sleeping and she woke up and he was standing in the master bed doorway looking at her. It was rather creepy and kind of upsetting. Other than that everything else was great

Overall, the condition of this location is very good. the location and view you get is fantastic. Julie the property manager is usually very responsive to problems if they happen. We totally enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Winter getaway

We have enjoyed staying at this location for five years now. It has new living room seating ,very comfortable beds and newer carpeting in the bedrooms. The appliance's are in good shape. We love the view that you get from the balcony. Looking forward to returning next year.

Blink your eyes and you are on the beach

This property was clean and located minutes from the beach. With little ones I appreciated the small things like showers to rinse off after the beach, bathrooms in reasonable walking distance, carts to carry stuff to rooms, and trash bins on each floor. The only thing that could make many of the Destin area condos better is more onsite dining. Very happy with our stay!
