"This is our second stay at the Alverton & again it was wonderful. Beautiful hotel, lovely friendly bar area. We had a fast easy check in/out & the room was immaculate. Will definitely be back."

"Really lovely one night stay whilst we had a special meal in Padstow. We had a garden room which meant you had a sea view and small terrace - the downside was that in the morning we were underneath the breakfast room and it was quite noisy from just before 8am which on a Sunday was a bit annoying. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious, the windows and patio door were a bit drafty though as it was a stormy night. It could do with thick curtains to pull across but there were just wooden slats. The general corridors etc and dining areas were all really stylish and newly refurbished. We managed to get a space in the hotel car park but it is a bit limited when the hotel is busy. Overall though I was impressed with the standard of the hotel."

"Nicely positioned hotel for what we needed. Comfortable room though a little warm at night as the supplied fan wasn't up to the job. All staff very accommodating. The pool was a little cool for us. Loveley seating in the reception area watching Fistral beach .Overall a nice hotel and the 2nd visit for us . Parking difficult as the whole road was full due to half term."

"Our room no20,was super warm,so clean and comfy,the dog package was very unique and welcome,and the bathroom spotless,.Parking is easy and plentiful,with E V chargers,the Bar was well stocked,and the food menu was varied and reasonably priced, .we will definitely be going back again, it is a beautiful place to stay, and the staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable of the local area."
