“A B&B that I will definitely stay again whenever I visit St. Austell. Warm, cozy and great location (it only takes less than 5 mins walking distance from St. Austell station, 10 mins walk to town centre) it's like going home as owner was friendly and warm, deco was warm and lovely, and most of all, home cooked and wide choice of breakfast was magnificent. I believe it is the worthiest place to stay with all these and amazingly low pricing charged. Big thumb up and highly recommended.”

“This was our second visit. That should tell you something. We again liked the inn with good variety of of breakfast options, room was spacious, plenty of free parking. It was convenient for the attractions we wanted to visit. Dinner, optional extra, is available and very good quality. We would like to visit again. ”

“The hotel was very good all round. Room, bar area and breakfast all high standard. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Limited parking meant we had to park at the sister hotel at the top of the hill but not too much of an inconvenience. The major downside not really within control of the hotel is the ongoing work around the harbour which had a significant visual impact from our sea view room and also meant there was limited access to the harbour area. ”

“What an amazing place! Set in beautiful gardens and full of wildlife! Beautiful accommodation and so nice to be able to walk around all the gardens! The Japanese garden was our favourite! Also the cakes and coffee in the cafe are lovely! ”

“Unterkunft sehr gut. Einzelne Zimmer, sehr sauber und freundlich. Küche und Bad alles da was man braucht. Leider kein Aufzug, mit schwerem Gepäck etwas mühsam. Gute Lage in Nähe Bahnhof und Busbahnhof. Prompte Kommunikation zur Verwaltung, sehr aufmerksam. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.”
