Nuestra casa fue cuidadosamente diseñada para maximizar la vida interior y exterior hawaiana y el entretenimiento en un entorno tipo parque bien cuidado. Un camino con entrada de palmeras lo lleva a una residencia de un solo nivel de 3 habitaciones y 2 1/2 baños ubicada en la exclusiva subdivisión de Pepeekeo Point, aproximadamente a 15 minutos de Hilo. Esta casa cuenta con una piscina cerrada de fibra de vidrio con un pabellón de bambú y barbacoa para el entretenimiento. Las áreas de cocina, comedor y sala de estar de concepto abierto, amplias y luminosas, dan a los extensos jardines con vista al mar de 180 grados. Un hermoso jardín con longan, lychee, limoneros y naranjos completan la propiedad. Hay aire acondicionado en la gran suite principal para mantenerte fresco. La casa también cuenta con una terraza delantera extra espaciosa en la que disfrutar de las vistas espectaculares del océano, el amanecer, la elevación de la luna, la montaña y Mauna Kea desde esta pequeña finca de Big Island. ¡Bienvenido al paraiso! We definitely enjoyed the FOUR dining areas; inside near kitchen, front porch and the grill out back by the pool was super clean and that table was a great place to relax. there was only one room with AC but PLENTY of fans (dont forget to check the closets!) and with the windows open it was very nice. There is also a public walking path to the cliffs right down the road and I highly recommend it. I would 100% stay here again if I was in Hilo! I can't imagine a better place to come home to in the evenings. Don't forget to wake up and walk out front to catch the AMAZING sunrise. The location is private, with plenty of space for everyone. Well appointed kitchen. The pool is quite small, and best suited for young children.The outside living area was great, though we didn’t use this at all. The breeze on the porch was lovely, and we spent mornings/evenings enjoying our coffee and wine, respectively.Games were included so we played Scrabble and Sorry a few nights. Lots of fun.Suzy was an incredible host-communicative up front and during our stay. She was even able to accommodate a late checkout for us due to later flights on our last day.We would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay near Hilo. This house was perfect and just as advertised! Myself and my friends had an absolute blast spending our days BBQ-ing near the pool area and our nights outside on the huge patio…. Had trouble entering the first gate upon arrival, however I was able to reach the property owner right away! Great communication from the time we booked until the day we left. Cleaning team needs to pay more attention to windows and out side guest areas. Kitchen needs to be better stocked, we ended up buying two non-stick pans, teaspoons and dish towels. Need to install more A/C units, only having one does little help to remaining 2 bedrooms. Fix the fans so they work as designed, this fault had reported by other guest, simple fix buy new electric wall slide switches. Pool area deck needs to be power washed and weeds removed from deck cracks. Remove cob-webs from around tech areas. ##### peter k. Not only is the home beautiful, but the property is very special. Met Ray the gentleman who took care of the grounds he gave us a very interesting tour and explained the fruit trees. While the view of the water is now greatly diminished due to vegetation having grown much taller and while the size of the pool is much smaller than the picture implies; I had a wonderful time and will come back again. Birds during the day and frogs during the night. I felt I was experiencing old Hawaii. The private location of the house allows one to truly relax and unwind.
