The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Never did use the hot tub but we did use the fireplace each night, which was wonderful! The house is in a great location however beware of the train that is right across the street. The house was very clean and enough room to accommodate my family 8 adults and 2 infants. The views were spectacular, and the hot tub was an added bonus. Plenty of wood for the fire pit and very nice outdoor space to hang out. Marina was just down the street along with several restaurants in walking distance. We enjoyed the hot tub, watching the sun set over the river. The only negative is the train tracks across the street with lots of train activity through the night.
