We stayed here for 3 nights all inclusive we were very disappointed in the hotel the room we had booked was a premium room and the room although large felt dated and the bed was very cheeky. There was an joing door to the next room covered by a large wardrobe but we could hear the people next door talk and snore like they were in our room and could hear all the bathroom noises. Which was very off-putting. There is alot of upselling in the all inclusive certain drinks were not available unless you paid more which was not good for the price can't even get a free Pina colada. The food was ok but it was limited and often the range was much the same. The hotel needed a refresh with paint some parts were being painted whilst we were there perhaps because it's early season. Over all the stay wasn't great the staff were loud in the morning coming to clean the rooms we were woken up by them starting their shifts talking very loud in the hallways. And for the price we paid it wasnt a quality that we have experienced on other all inclusive hotels on this trip for less money like Roda resort where we are currently it's chalk and cheese in comparison for less money so much better quality in every way.

Excellent hotel - top notch service and the best half board food we have ever experienced. Perfect for a getaway for a few days and really comfortable amenities. Great gym, spa, and pool. The staff went above and beyond and are very polite and helpful. The food is really top tier with great options every night. Highly recommend!

I was quite disappointed with my room as well as the service of the staff upon my arrival to Valmar Corfu. When I first entered my hotel room, I did not like the smell...it was mildewed-like and not something I could tolerate. I addressed my concern with the front desk and the lady assured me that someone would come up to inspect it but no one ended up coming. I also found small bugs in the bed, in the television converter, as well as on the small island above the mini-fridge. I ended up sleeping in the room for the night. The next morning, I went to shower and the shower head barely ran any water. It was literally trickling...I was not impressed as I had to spend double the time in the shower! I had an event to attend to during the day but when I arrived back to my hotel in the evening, I addressed my concerns to the front desk again. The concierge came upstairs to inspect. I told him I would either like to change rooms or be compensated. He told me he would go back downstairs and check the availability of rooms and give me a call within 15 minutes....he never called my room. I also noticed that when I inspected the bed sheets after the cleaning staff had left in the morning, there were still bugs on the sheets, which leads me to believe they either did not change the sheets on the one side of the bed I did not sleep in, or they just didn't change any of the sheets. On my third day is when a new room was given to me. This room did not give me any issues. Very upsetting time.

We stayed in a private Sandy Villa with its own pool, and it was amazing – our son even learned to swim within hours, and swimming at night was magical for the kids. The villa itself was spotless and spacious, and the housekeeping team and buggy drivers were brilliant. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the reception staff, who were very rude. Sadly, the rest of the resort didn’t live up to the same standard. Part of our villa had a strong sewage smell which took four days to “fix”, and even then the problem never fully went away. The food in the main restaurant was average at best, and the dining experience was stressful, with constant noise and crowds. The drinks were another major disappointment – no branded soft drinks, which feels like such a simple fix. The dining areas, pools (other than the Sandy Villas’ pool), and the beach were all overcrowded, with far too many guests for the facilities available. As for the à la carte restaurants – good luck getting a booking! The Sandy Villas themselves are 5-star quality, but being tied to the sister hotel drags the whole experience down. If food and drinks were available on the villa side, we would return in a heartbeat. Until then, it remains a holiday of two halves – 5-star villa, 2-star resort

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The service was impeccable, the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, and every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch vacation and truly exceptional service.
