We were only staying in Paris for a night and if that is your plan then this hotel will be fine. Overall, the beds were comfortable (albeit slightly too soft for our liking) and we slept well. The triple room we were given was more like a double which they had squeezed a third bed into, so I would book two rooms if there is three of you. Apart from that, no other issues - central-ish location for Montmartre (about a 10/15 minute walk to main Montmartre), and very close to the Metro and Gare du Nord station so a good spot to visit other part of the city / region if you want to stay here for longer.

Close to all the “major sites” in Paris. Two block walk to catch most buses to the sites. Has great air conditioning. Restaurants near by.

Rat nests in the strip of garden in front of the hotel saw 3 large rats not mice and reported to reception Power outage one day Entrance to pool via sauna area exceptionally hot Anarchy one day on breakfast service due to staff shortage Water in lobby not iced No cooked tomatoes final day breakfast No room water replacement one day Unable to check out as other guest arguing about being charged for a broken bed that he had reported immediately on arrival Very slow elevators Small rooms A/c temp setting constantly changing day to day 16 to 20 to 19 Heater rail on in bathroom fighting against a/c Coming back to reception pre midnight to find desk unstaffed & doors locked No assistance with baggage No warning RER B closed
