The house includes an 85’ deep water dock, with 50amp service, water (soon), and awaits your rental boat or your own yacht. The Escape is conveniently located between the charming village of New Plymouth, with groceries, local eateries and bars, and stunning cove beach on Gillum Bay, and both within a 5-minute walk. Love bone-fishing? Behind the beach on the sound-side is one of several amazing wading areas loaded with fish. Getting to our house: if you are arriving by boat enter Black Sound and our dock is just beyond Donny’s Marina and the government dock (under repair).
