Check In: Arrived right at 4pm, very long line, only 2 people working the check in counters. Booked a king size bed, did not say anything about being general 1st come 1st served… Got to the counter they tell me “we’re out of kings, but a double is the same price”.. I said my booking says king, they look at me like I’m stupid. He says “you can wait to see if a king opens”, this was at check in, meaning the “wait” would be the next day.. But whatever, I take the double. He says “I’m gonna put you on a high floor to make up for it. Floor 6”… there’s 17 floors lol. Finally get to the room, the TV doesn’t work, nobody acts like it matters and there’s nothing they can do. Try to go swimming, in the pool, it’s closed my entire stay, no previous statement of that or any heads up. Carpets were stained. Elevators were sketchy.. The only thing saving this rating is the Starbucks at the location. They were very nice and had extremely quick service to have such long lines. For the amount I paid, I truly expected better. Will not be staying here again.
