The hotel was clean, and the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The beautiful outdoor seating area was a bonus and very enjoyable in the mornings while drinking my coffee. We did not have to park a vehicle, but I can see where that would have been a challenge. Overall, a great property and a good location.

The stay was ok. I had no complaints until I received a $100 unexplained charge to my card after I checked out. When I tried calling the property, I spoke to a person who told me I would have to call back the next day to speak to a manager. I called back the next day and got a voicemail. I left a message and never heard back. I called again and again. I went through Expedia and had an online conversation with the hotel. This took days, as they didn't get back to me until the next day every time I sent a message. The issue is that they say the charge was for an "early check-in". I was not told of this fee. I arrived early and asked the woman at the desk if I could check my bags as I was headed over to the convention. She had a room ready and said, "I can actually just go ahead and check you in to your room so you can put your bags away." She did not mention this would cost $100. I never would have checked in at that time if I knew that. I wanted to check my bags. I was going to the convention, so I did not need my room until later anyway. I never signed anything stating I would be paying an extra $100 for early check-in. The charge was made later by a manager (I was told this by the first attendant on the phone). The hotel has never responded. They are just ignoring me, hoping I will go away and they can keep my $100. I highly recommend that you choose a different property to stay at unless you enjoy giving away your hard-earned money to these large corporations for nothing.

I would have stayed longer if the price wasn’t as high as it was. Overall, the property was super nice and convenient. Very clean and spacious.
