A spacious, 3 bedroom, Penthouse apartment, just a few meters from the beach, with sea views! Part of the very popular, Atlantic Bay apartments, 15 Penhale is just a couple of minutes level walk to the village centre and a few steps from Perranporth’s famous, 3 mile long sandy beach! Low occupancy discount available in the low season. CHANGEOVER DAY: MON/FRI/SAT BEDROOMS: 3 SLEEPS: 6 WIFI: YES PETS: YES Accommodation information 15 Penhale’s deceptively spacious accommodation is all on one level (on the second/top floor). A large entrance hallway takes you through to the semi open plan kitchen, dining and living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday in Cornwall. There is an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a large fridge/freezer. The large living/dining room has lots of natural light and comfortably seats 6 guests at the dining table and has ample lounge seating, with three sofas and an arm chair. There is a large, flat screen TV and DVD player, there is also a Roko smart box so you can view streaming services. You can enjoy views of the beach, sea and Chapel Rock from the west facing window. There are 3 good sized bedrooms. Two have 2 single beds, one has sea views, one with a double and en suite wet room. All bedrooms have their own TVs. The family bathroom is beautifully tiled and has a bath tub with shower over. Electricity is included and all bedding, bath and hand towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. Outside Outside there is a large, lockable storage cupboard, perfect for keeping surf boards and other beach gear. There is a private car park with parking for 2 vehicles. From the car park, there is secured gate with direct access to the beach, no roads to cross! The village centre has a wide range of shops, bars, pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes and is only a 2 minute level stroll away. We have a number of apartments in this complaex which might be suitable to book together. They are: Sand Dunes, 15 Penhale, 5 Penhale, 7 Penhale, 8 Penhale, Ocean’s Edge, 2 Rosemullion, 9 Wheal Ramoth, 10 Wheal Ramoth & 12 Wheal Ramoth all of which are within the Atlantic Bay apartments. Location Perranporth village centre is only a stroll away. The village centre has a wide range of shops, bars, pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes. Perranporth is very centrally located in Cornwall to explore the rest of the county. Truro, our cathedral city is about 8 miles away and well worth a day trip. Padstow to the north, home to Rick Steins’ Seafood Restaurant and St Ives to the west where you can visit the Tate gallery are both only 30 minutes by car as is Falmouth on the south coast where you could see anything from small yachts to cruise ships and everything in between! ## 住宿服务设施 ### 沙滩 -
