Our favourite 1BR,1BA perfect design in this HUGE city apartment! A/C in both bedroom & living area. Newly upgraded outdoor area, new floors & painted throughout. New kitchen & more. Nestled at the foot of Kings Park, 10min walk to CBD, opp the Convention Centre, Elizabeth Quay, short bike ride to UWA & next door to Mount Hospital. FREE access to pool, fitness room, tennis court. The ultimate location. 1 car bay max 1.8m height, 4.5m length with door closed, & 2.3m wide - suits small cars.

Disappointing experience.

Reasonably comfortable & clean but had a very unpleasant smell throughout the apartment which was unacceptable health wise. Poor welcoming reception from host. Apartment & car park was difficult to find. Garage door was full of cobwebs & leaves. Tight parking space. Difficult to get access to apartment with luggage via steps.
