This beautiful canal-front holiday home in South Yunderup is an ideal escape. Enjoy the expansive views across the broad 70m canals, offering unparalleled tranquillity and relaxation. Witness the dolphins gracefully gliding by whilst enjoying the mesmerizing sunset.
Conveniently located just 15 minutes from Mandurah and an hour from Perth, this haven provides plenty of activities for children and teenagers alike. Explore the surroundings with the bikes, kayaks or paddle boat, all provided with life jackets and helmets. Engage in a friendly game of table football, there’s an assortment of games, books and free access to Netflix and Stan and additional movies to keep everyone entertained. WIFI also provided.
A private jetty awaits, while the wheelchair-accessible property ensures inclusivity. Proximity to essential amenities such as a supermarket, cafe, tavern, Murray River, Ravenswood Hotel and Pinjarra adds to the convenience of your stay.

Lovely getaway with friends

We spent 3nights staying in your lovely property gouse was very inviting very clean ,beautiful spot on the canals . The weather was perfect for our stay and we even saw dolphins on our last morning!!

Beautiful exceptionally clean accommodation. Kitchen was decked out with every utensil & gadget imaginable! The beds were so comfortable. We saw dolphins swimming down the canal every day. The cleaner was very friendly!!

Relax or play, enjoy your stay

We had 2 single parent families staying and everything was perfect for us all to be able to have a lovely time. Plenty of options to sit and relax and so many things for the older kids to do and books and Netflix to distract the youngest for a bit too. The house is beautiful equipped with so many thoughtful touches to make it easier for everybody.

So peaceful and well equipped.

We have stayed here before and we still love it. We will be back again! The house is huge and has absolutely everything you could want. A lovely bottle of wine on arrival, spices, tea/coffee etc. Very clean. Plenty of parking. Christine is easy to contact and helpful. The outdoor fire is beautiful this time of year. Watching dolphins and pelicans in front of you whilst keeping warm from the fire - just perfect!

Perfect location and beautiful home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location. To see a mum and baby dolphin swim passed every day was amazing. The house was beautifully presented with a kitchen that provided for all our needs and more. Highly recommend this place for your next getaway. Definitely returning.

Perfect property in a perfect location

Our little family get away was absolutely memorable in a perfect location. The home that Christine and Julian allowed to our family the stay in was absolutely stunning and very cozy an comfortable. Lovely break

Positive - Beautiful house with amazing access to canal. Kayakes were provided and all family had so much fun! Nice spacious house. All kitchen utensils provided. Neg - dishwasher needs servicing - some of the cutlery/plates were dirty. Couches and beds were a bit dated and uncomfortable.

Sensational canal stay

Wonderful weekend break, Christine was exceptional with communication, ensuring everything was organised. The house was immaculate, everything we needed. Beautiful view out onto the canal, with dolphins swimming nearby. Dropped crab nets and caught a heap of crabs, great fun for parents and kids. Great living space, all with outlook over canal. Beds very comfortable. Also had a boat, so able to tie it up to the Jetty and head in and out as desired. Highly recommended.

Girl’s weekend away

Spectacular property! I want to live there! Christine was a wonderful host and her home is amazing. She has everything there from spices, glad wrap/bags, soaps, lots of games, toilet paper ….. The home is big and every thing is comfortable and clean. You can use their Netflix account too. The view is outstanding and the outdoor area is just stunning. Including an outdoor wood heater. We will be back for sure. Also Christine left a lovely bottle of wine for us too. Is big and everything

The house was great but very very cold, only heating was reverse cycle in the living area and it struggled to heat the whole of the living area, we closed the doors to bedrooms in an effort to warm the living area. We find extra blankets to put on the beds. There was a wood fire on the patio which would have been lovely during the day but there was no wood!!!

We had a lovely stay. The home is delightful and fulfilled all of our needs. There is everything you will need and is set in a modern home with a view to die for even on stormy days. We would just like to give some constructive feed back which in our opinion would make this accommodation perfect. We felt like a complete clean through for dust on the blinds and the floors is urgently needed, but most of all the windows, to truly experience that magnificent view needed cleaning. We bought our experience for the view and this was disappointing. The pillows are very large and soft, we will bring our own next time, this is a minor issue just a heads up for others. We couldn't get the garage side door unlocked and the front door lock is a bit dodgy. Thank you for a lovely stay we hope this review helps you.

We had an amazing stay at Kaya Manzi – the perfect spot to relax and recharge with friends. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredible view, which is honestly second to none.The house is extremely well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need...all the essentials are thoughtfully provided. The beds are very comfortable, and there are multiple areas to relax, both inside and out.The outdoor fire area was a definite highlight. The property also features all the modern conveniences like Wi-Fi and smart entertainment, making it easy to enjoy comfort while still feeling close to nature.Kaya Manzi is a special place. We left feeling relaxed, recharged and already planning our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a peaceful, well-appointed escape.

Wow! What a great getaway.

There was nothing we didn't love about our stay at Kaya Manzi. We were two families with kids under 10 and there was so much to do, all provided by the host. We loved trying our luck with the crab pots, getting out on the canal with the kayaks and even had a go on the tandem bike. We decided to just use the normal bikes for the short ride up to Sandy Cove Tavern with a nice little playground for the kids. The house was very clean and contained absolutely everything you could need for a short stay away from home. Sitting out the back with a drink or two was very relaxing, we really didn't want to leave. Thank you, we will definitely be back.

Relaxing Getaway

We have stayed here before with previous owner, we weren’t dissapointed as it is still a great home & noticed all the improvements. The kitchen is well equipped & catered for everyone - including kids. A lovely place to stay, we won't hesitate to stay again. When we realised an item had been left at the home Christine the host was great, she had also contacted us & we were able to arrange collection of the item, a big thank you to her.

Great short getaway

Fantastic stay for grandparents visiting from Canada, us and 2 teenage boys…we were looking for somewhere away from Perth but not too far and this was perfect…right on canal to view dolphins and visiting ducks and close to explore the Giants, and a few towns around the area such as Harvey, Wellington Dam and Pinjarra bakery! Large home very well equipped and priced…could’ve stayed longer!
