Hotel is reasonable for the price. The area surrounding the hotel feels like the rough end of town near the courts. However, it’s a close walk to the swan river and Elizabeth quay which is really nice.

This property provides value for money. I've stayed at more expensive hotels in this area, and the Mantra is much better - it provides an apartment like experience, with space and all the amenities for a short - long stay.

Good enough for us!

We stayed for a week. The place has certainly seem it's best years, however is was clean and comfortable and the staff went above and beyond to make everyone happy. Our appartment was right next to the elevator but it was quite all the time. A private washing machine was a huge bonus for us, the kitchen was well equipped. We would certainly stay again.

Mantra was beautiful.Clean,tidy,easy access to the city,a big apartment with everything we needed. Only suggestion would be that they need an exhaust fan in the laundry area as the dryer gives off heaps of condensation & heat in the whole apartment. Staff were welcoming & very helpful.

The location is quiet and good.

The shower was a two-valve mixer tap, and it was difficult to adjust the temperature. The lights in the room were too dim, and I had a hard time finding things in my suitcase.

The pool was out of order so we couldn’t use it wasn’t on there website. No one told us. Very friendly staff,no-one can just walk in as you need a key after 830 at night. I was very happy and quite impressed!

Had a great stay. The only problem i encountered was upon checkin i was asked if id like to pay for parking inside the hotel. I agreed and paid the $28/night. The first night i couldnt park my car as all of the bays were full. I spoke to reception and 1 nights parking fee was refunded
