Nothing is too much bother for all the staff here. From Crystal sorting out my room for this and two other stays I have upcoming in December to Camilla who was very helpful and friendly while serving at the bar. I even went out for the day and realised I had left my laptop charged in and phoned reception and spoke to a lady who was working on Saturday morning who arranged for Housekeeping to go and unplug it. This was very helpful as I was out all day and my laptop does get hot if left charging for too long. I left my Computer Mouse in my room when checking out and only realised the day after. I went back and spoke to Kristal and then two others on Reception the next morning and they all could not do enough to help to try and locate it for me. The good news was when I went back on the third day after checking-out, they had found it for which I can't thank them enough for.
