Separately utility room for laundry and drying. The living room has 3 large patio windows/doors to a beautiful shaded garden and sitting/dining area which was lovely. A wonderfully designed space, nice and bright but also a dark room for sleeping with black out curtains (a must for a great nights sleep for me!). There were just a couple of minor detractions. There is definitely no swimming pool or dryer as per the blurb on the Stayz Website. The air con is only in the bedroom and all the windows on the southern side are unable to be opened, so no cool ocean breeze. Checkout is supposed to be 11am. We weren’t asked if it was ok if the cleaner came at 10.30, just sent a message saying that’s what was happening. After a poor experience at Observation Rise in Scarborough this was a very welcome upgrade, at less than half the price.
