Amazing!

I stayed over Christmas with my family. The propert is even better than the pictures show, amazing space, great garden and big living area.Great access to the beach and local shopsWe loved our stay and will definitely stay again

Absolutely Perfect!

As soon as I walked in the door I was so happy to be staying here. A wonderfully designed space, nice and bright but also a dark room for sleeping with black out curtains (a must for a great nights sleep for me!). Loved the grassy area outside and the place was nice and quiet. Perfect location to walk up to local shops and the beach! Really loved the stay and Martine was amazing with communication! Highly recommend.

Great summer stay

Martine is warm and hospitable, and left a beautiful home for us to stay for a few days in summer. The house is spacious and comfortable, and is a short walk to a quiet beach. We had a great time and will be staying again for our next visit.

Great space.

Bright, spacious and clean. Close to the beach and restaurants. Open concept kitchen, dinning area and living room. Lots of room to relax and the kitchen is well stocked and spacious.

Great find just out of the main drag

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Martinez’s lovely apartment It’s a short walk to the beach and an easy 10-15 min walk into the centre of Scarborough’s cafe strip The place is very well set up. Nice living area, comfortable bed & great shower as well as a lovely shady garden to relax in We’d definitely stay here again

Excellent house near the beach

Really lovely house. Immaculate condition and it has a lovely open and airy feel about it. It's well located, close to the beach (there are ocean views from the kitchen) but just out of Scarborough a bit. It has large garden and lawn area as well.

Lovely meet up home from home

Martine has a beautiful home , and is a great host . We appreciated her little treats left for us . Great facilities and excellent location for the beach , and yet the garden was wonderful for dinner in the evening . . Thank you so much , we were sorry to move on . Hope to meet you again one day .

Outstanding home

We had the most wonderful stay, hosted by Martine, in the perfect location. The one bedroom home was immaculately clean and beautiful presented. Everything we needed in the kitchen and laundry, most comfortable lounge and bed. Easy 10min walk to Scarborough beach but we used the E-scooters which are very convenient. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay here again when we return to Scarborough. Five stars!

A light filled sanctuary!

Hastings St is a light-filled, calm and beautiful space, both inside and out. The kitchen has everything you need and the outside entertaining area is perfect for dining in. Comfortable couches and bedding, and plenty of space in the bedroom, bathroom and lounge. Lush green grass and a lovely big tree to sit and relax under in the backyard. Good WiFi and a quiet working environment. Lastly but not least, fantastic hosts!

Peace and tranquillity!

After a poor experience at Observation Rise in Scarborough this was a very welcome upgrade, at less than half the price. Martine is a superb host and although we didn’t require any assistance, we are certain she would be available to help and support at anytime. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has all of essentials necessary for a short or long stay, we stayed 12 days and left very happy and relaxed, thanks Martine.

Excellent Property

Location, size, cleanliness, peaceful, everything about the property was excellent. There were just a couple of minor detractions. There is definitely no swimming pool or dryer as per the blurb on the Stayz Website. The air con is only in the bedroom and all the windows on the southern side are unable to be opened, so no cool ocean breeze. Checkout is supposed to be 11am. We weren’t asked if it was ok if the cleaner came at 10.30, just sent a message saying that’s what was happening. The owners living upstairs get up around 6am and make quite a bit of noise.

Spacious & Comfortable

My stay was most enjoyable and very relaxing. The property is well located (I walked to the beach every morning) and very spacious and comfortable. Martine is an excellent host and it felt like staying in a home away from home. Highly recommended.

The only thing we found….. was the noise. The owner lives above…. Lovely lady….. however we were wanting a quiet environment as we both work in stressful positions. Apart from that…. Just lovely

Spring by the beach

The property was a bright and airy space for us (2 adults and a 4-year-old), within walking distance to the Scarborough foreshore with its cafes and playgrounds. The location of the property is quiet, despite its proximity to the west coast highway. We would stay again.
