Comfortable, Private and Convenient
The entire home is yours to enjoy, with no shared living spaces. The property comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and includes free secure carport parking, complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating, a washing machine, and private front and rear courtyards.

The comfortable living area is a great place to relax after a busy day, with a large-screen TV and access to Netflix, Stan and YouTube.

Sleeping Arrangements
The master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed.

The second bedroom has a flexible bunk-style arrangement with one double bed and three single beds, making it suitable for families or groups of friends.

The living room also has a sofa bed that can accommodate up to two additional guests.

Kitchen and Dining
The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner. It includes a stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with the essentials you need during your stay.

The dining table seats up to six people and can also provide a convenient workspace for business travellers.

Bathroom and Laundry
The home has a main bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. A washing machine is also available for guest use, making longer stays more convenient.

Outdoor Space
Enjoy your morning coffee or unwind at the end of the day in the private courtyard areas. Outdoor seating and BBQ facilities are available for guests to enjoy.

Central Midland Location
One of Midland Haven's biggest advantages is its convenient location. Shops, cafes and restaurants are approximately a 5-minute walk away, while Midland Hospital and Midland Train Station and Bus Terminal are around 600 metres from the property.

Perth Airport is approximately a 17-minute drive away, making the home particularly convenient for travellers. The nearby train and bus connections also provide easy access to Perth and surrounding areas.

For those looking to explore beyond Midland, Swan Valley wineries and the Perth Hills are just a short drive away.

Your Stay
Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including the bedrooms, living and dining areas, kitchen, bathroom, laundry facilities, outdoor courtyards and secure carport parking.

The property is located within a small gated community of 10 units. The driveway and grounds are shared with other residents, while the home itself is completely private.

Access is simple through the pedestrian gate, with a lockbox located at the front door. Access instructions and codes are provided by email 5 days before check-in and again by SMS 2 days before arrival.
