Posto auto interno, camera munita di frigo (vuoto, ma magari basta chiedere l'addobbo), aria condizionata, TV a parete e bollitore per tisane. Personale mai visto, check in a distanza, apertura cancello tramite codice, tutto il resto telefonicamente o via WhatsApp. Comunque ben adeguato a chi come noi, aveva la necessità di fermarsi una notte durante il lungo viaggio dal Piemonte al Salento. “We had an amazing stay here. If you’re staying in Pescara I can’t recommend a better place to stay. Close to the beach and restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Rooms are newly refurbished with a nice bathroom and balcony. Luca was a great host and we will definitely be back”

“We absolutely loved our stay. The host met us, explained the home details and showed us the area. He walked me down to the beach club to show us where we could eat breakfast and have fun on the beach all day long under private umbrella. He help make reservations for dinner and taxi pick up for an early mornin train. Super responsive and such a pleasure to meet. We loved the shower and sleeping arrangements as the beds where comfortable. My daughter loved the bunk beds. Great AC for a hot summer.……
