La casa si trova nel centro storico di Pescara in Via Flaiano 12. La via è parte integrante dell'isola pedonale, ed infatti la casa è raggiungibile solo a piedi. Le stanze : salendo una ripida scalinata si arriva al primo piano dove troviamo la stanza Africa, uno dei due bagni in comune, la stanza Asia e la cucina-soggiorno in comune. E' qui che viene proposta la prima colazione a self service.
