“We had a wonderful stay in the ground-floor studio at Ballas Apartments. The courtyard is amazing, and the views looking across Agia Effimia harbour are absolutely incredible.
Stavros was an exceptional, genuinely helpful host who went above and beyond at all times to ensure we had the best holiday. Location-wise, it’s ideal—we easily drove to Assos and Fiskardo in around 40 minutes. The drive from the airport is straightforward, but a hire car is essential for exploring. Highly recommend this……
“We had a great stay here, the staff was so responsive and the house keeper was so sweet. The rooms always were super clean, it is in a great location right on the marina and walking distance to the beautiful town of Argostoli. The parking sometimes gave us trouble as it was a very busy time of year and the town is packed but as long as you get a parking spot before 8 and leave your car there for the night you should have no problems. Nothing bad to say about this place.”
“We stayed for a few days to attend a wedding in Lassi and we had an enjoyable stay in a nice location. Lovely staff- breakfast was nice and the pool snacks were even better! Can highly recommend their Greek pizza- it was delicious!
The only things that stops me giving 5 stars is that the curtains in our room were very thin and we had a bright light shining in all night- blackout curtains would be good for the rooms.
I also didn’t like that guests could smoke anywhere including by the pool but……
“Prima hotel en vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt niet erg luxe maar was voldoende. Wij kregen een kamer helemaal boven in, dus veel trappen gelopen tijdens de warmste week van het jaar volgens de locals. Gelukkig werkte de airco in de kamer goed. Badkamer was pover in kamer 31. 2 mooie stranden aan de overkant van de weg en genoeg tavernas op loopafstand.”

“L’hotel è vecchiotto e di conseguenza la struttura non dà la sensazione di accoglienza. I parcheggi ci sono ma è sempre pieno bisogna cercare intorno alla struttura. Il centro è a cinque minuti a piedi con negozi e ristoranti dove si può mangiare bene a prezzi accessibili. ”
“Panos and his wife wet were excellent hosts. They were very friendly and most helpful. The room was cleaned every day, had a small but adequate (for us) tv and a lovely, quiet air conditioning unit. A 5 minute walk or 10 minute stroll to the harbour and the tavernas. Located up a little bit of an incline but I managed it well enough even while carrying a weeks supply of water for 2 and I’m 68.”
