This is a good budget friendly hotel close to the airport - good views and the planes don’t disturb you.”
“This was a beautiful hotel and the location is excellent. The property is in the main central location close to Liroux port and above the central square. Everything in the unit was new and it was so clean and elegant. The shower was perfect and the layout of the unit was great. I wish we had more time spent in Liroux would definitely return to this location. I had a question to the host and got an immediate response. My son and I enjoyed staying here”
“We had a great stay here, the staff was so responsive and the house keeper was so sweet. The rooms always were super clean, it is in a great location right on the marina and walking distance to the beautiful town of Argostoli. The parking sometimes gave us trouble as it was a very busy time of year and the town is packed but as long as you get a parking spot before 8 and leave your car there for the night you should have no problems. Nothing bad to say about this place.”
“The room was excellent, in great condition, clean and well maintained. We really appreciated the air conditioning units in both rooms which tamed the Kefalonia summer heat. The location is a distance away (10 minutes walk) from both Argostoli and Lassi, and is a steep uphill walk back, but this means it's no problem with car parking close to the property as it's away from the tourist zones. Nikos was really helpful with recommendations for restaurants, supermarkets, beaches and parking in town,……

Sin embargo del personal desayuno recepción solo se salva Carla ya que los demás aparte de no sonreír son más bien parcos y poco serviciales. Demasiados gatos en los jardines y algunas cucarachas en las duchas. La habitación con piscina compartida no da la privacidad que sería deseable para el alto coste. “We stayed for a few days to attend a wedding in Lassi and we had an enjoyable stay in a nice location. Lovely staff- breakfast was nice and the pool snacks were even better! Can highly recommend their Greek pizza- it was delicious!
The only things that stops me giving 5 stars is that the curtains in our room were very thin and we had a bright light shining in all night- blackout curtains would be good for the rooms.
I also didn’t like that guests could smoke anywhere including by the pool but……
“We were at a wedding in Kefalonia. We initially checked into a more expensive place in town that was awful, and The Princess saved us. Saved the whole trip. It’s bright and open and floral with a great pool and bar. It feels like you’d imagine Greece to feel, and right across the street is Costa Costa, a fantastic beach with cabanas and bar/food service. The staff was so kind. Best bartender ever at night. The energy and people and pool and location were absolute perfection. The room? It’s a no……
“We were not able to stay at the Canale because they had not yet opened. We were transferred to a different hotel which was much less expensive. To date I have not been refunded the extra amount that I paid to stay at the Canale.”

“Very steep hill with hairpin bends leading up to property. Car hire is a must. Walking up the hill in 30 degree heat is no fun. No mention of this in ad. Room was very basic and overpriced for what it was. Pool was fantastic with lovely views. Food was very limited. Staff customer service skills non existent. Wouldn’t recommend Liberatos Village. Too far away from main resort with little to make you want to stay here other than the pool.”
