"Great stay"

"This Lakehouse property was perfect for our large family gathering. There were plenty of places for everyone to stay and lots of room to spread out. If you like to cook, I recommend bringing some good food—there are grills and an amazing kitchen ready to use. The video games were a hit, and I even managed to get the high score in Robotron. The lake is beautiful and the dock was nice. It was especially convenient having a place to keep the jet skis out of the water when we weren’t using them.If you’re looking for a property that’s ideal for a large family gathering, this is the place. One suggestion: bring everything you’ll need with you. It’s fairly remote, and the drive down the road to the house is rather slow. I didn’t mind that at all—to me it was part of the appeal.The hosts were very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly.One final note: our dog Chipper loved the property. I wish I could say he enjoyed swimming as much, but we’re still working on that part."

"House and experience was good. House was clean, location was good.Constructive criticism:1. In the sign in book there was a complaint from 2022 about no light on the back porch for cooking after dark. That has not been addressed and it is very dark at night. I suggest replacing ceiling fans with ones that have a light built in.2. The walk down to the dock is dangerous. Once off the grass, you go down a set of stairs that have very shallow step treads and are not level. Then you have a very long step down onto 2 cinder blocks. The blocks are not level, nor stable. It is a long step even for someone 6' tall. Then another cinder block to step onto dock that is not stable or level. Coming back up the grass yard with wet feet is also dangerous due to the slope. This would be inaccessible for anyone older or not in good physical shape. Also, the dock has a healthy wasp population that is problematic.3. Depending on your stay length, if you want more than 1 towel and washrag per person, you will need to provide your own.4. Some pots and pans were found dirty.5. Bring plenty of your own dishwasher soap, we found none.6. There are 2 small trash cans outside and if you have more trash than that, you are directed to transport it to the county dump. Not cool for the of stay. Trash cans should at least be full sized. We stayed 3 days, both were full at the end.7. No contact from guest contact until day of. Evolve host contact is via AI. Had to ask for check in instructions."

"The home is as described. Host was attentive before and during our stay. Bring your own things, but if you happened to have forgotten something, chances are there is one there for you. The pond was a huge hit for the young boys. Pool enjoyed by all."

"We booked on short notice but Ms Darbi made the expierience seemless. She was quick to answer any questions that I had, The home is beautifully designed and in the perfect location. The covered back porch was amazing and the perfect place to hang out. I highly recommend staying here,"
