"The hotel's in the old town and close to everything. Plenty of choices for food, shopping and culture. The staffers are all friendly and fluent in English. My room is up on the 5th floor. It's bigger than necessary with a tall window overlooking the courtyard. The queen size bed is not firm nor soft. The bathroom is a little cramped but bearable. The furnitures are classic chic. Overall, convenient, quite and comfortable. I had my room cleaned twice in my 6-night stay. The bed was made and the trashes were taken away. They didn't replace the towels. I suppose one can get them replaced upon request. This is typical for hotels that are environmentally conscious."
