ABOUT THE RENTAL Perched at the top of Andover Club at The Highlands of Harbor Springs, this privately owned seven-bedroom, seven-bath luxury home is designed for adventure, comfort, and connection. During the winter season, step right out your back door onto the Lois Lane ski run for true ski-in/ski-out convenience. In warmer months, the expansive backyard and patio invite you to relax and entertain with a private hot tub, built-in natural gas grill, custom firepit, and ample outdoor seating—perfect for evenings under the stars. Inside, the main level features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, and comfortable seating for the whole group. It’s ideal for gathering, watching football, playing games, or simply enjoying each other’s company. The main floor also includes a guest suite with a walk-in tiled shower and Jacuzzi tub, and a second bedroom with two twin beds and a full bath across the hall. A brand-new addition off the kitchen adds even more space, including a kid-favorite bunk room with attached bath and a private workout room leading to the laundry area and spacious primary suite overlooking Lois Lane. Head downstairs to the lower level, where a second living area offers the perfect hangout spot for kids or teens. Three additional bedrooms complete this level—two with ensuite baths and one with a full bath just across the hall. Surrounded by beautifully manicured landscaping and designed for all-season enjoyment, this stunning slope-side retreat offers privacy, style, and unforgettable experiences for families and groups alike. Please note: All-wheel or four-wheel drive is recommended to access the property during the winter season. My family, my husbands parents, his two brothers and their families all stayed at this incredible house. I would say it exceeded our expectations including the amenities/accessories in the house. We way overpacked, as the kitchen and bathrooms had pretty much everything we needed. 7 tweens and teen boys shared the bunk room. The two girls had their own twin beds, and each adult pair had their own room. This left one room to spare, which some of the boys in the bunk room needed because their cousins wouldn’t be quiet at night. The outdoor space was great. The boys LOVED mountain biking on site. The rest of us enjoyed hiking! Heading into Petoskey, Mackinac Island, and just hanging out at the house. The house has a perfect blend of community space when we wanted to be together, and places to go when one needed to get away from others. For family that came from out of state and thus did not bring groceries, it was a long drive to the nearest grocery store. That was the only down side for some members of our party. I would absolutely recommend this venue to others! House was clean and very usable for a larger amount of people and most everyone had their own private space and bathroom. One suggestion would be to have firewood available rather than leave to the renters who now have to go and find it. The property was fabulous, spacious, and full of amenities. We spent every evening in your wonderful backyard enjoying the hot tub, grill, and fire pit. Although we did not need to leave the property to have fun we took advantage of the close proximity of nearby activities (ziplining, beach, shopping, etc) in Harbor Springs and Petosky. It was clean, extremely comfortable and spacious, with a nice backyard area and hot tub. The kitchen was generally well equipped, although missing a few items like a salad spinner, cocktail glasses, etc. Our kids and their cousins loved sharing the bunk room. Just a quick drive into town. The kitchen had everything you can think of. All bedrooms and bathrooms were a great size. It was fantastic! Beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked, ski in/ski out access to Boyne Highlands was very convenient and the property was quite spacious. We all enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit for fun evenings after the slopes! We have stayed here before and we will be returning! It is perfect for a large group. Many beds/baths. There are areas to be together, and areas to not be, so good for everybody. Ski/in Ski/out is awesome. 6 year old grandkids love the hottub. AND THEY LEARNED TO SKI THIS YEAR!!! 100% recommend.
