"The hotel was very clean. I did not appreciate that the only stair access was from the outside of the property and we couldn't even access the stairs because our keys would not work on the card reader. We walked around the entire property and none of the card readers worked. There were persons in our party that required stair access due to severe anxiety in elevators."

"Lovely setting and hotel beautiful but needing attention to some areas. Staff not that helpful except for in the bar and restaurant where they were very nice. Bedroom well appointed but had to make up sofa bed ourselves which was a surprise for an expensive hotel. Outdoor pool lovely, indoor spa facilities limited. Gym ok."

"Kind of a rundown place. Needs a facelift. Staff very nice tho. Mini frig did not work. Had to toss out perfectly good food. Lge gap underneath the door. Afraid of insects coming in. Not sure if I would stay here again. "
