The room was very damp. In the morning we found ants on the desk. Then we saw that the food we had put in the fridge was sitting in the warm fridge. For some reason the fridge stopped working in the middle of the night. To top it all off we couldn't take a shower because the water wouldn't drain. We called the front desk and they sent a woman who had gloves on her hands. She looked at us with a smirk, looked at the bathtub with standing water and said it was very easy, you just need to pull the plug out of the bathtub completely. She stuck her gloved hand in the water and pulled the plug out and left. Further comment is unnecessary, I think.

Look. The staff is great. But if you have pets make sure you monitor the guests who have pets. One night I had to inform the front desk to pick up dog crap in front of 109. Night staff lady was awesome and went and picked it up. But no accountability for the “Guest With Pets”. Hey. I’m a Dog owner. But I would never do that to a property.

This property was outdated. It looks like they tried to do a mini facelift but it just wasn’t great. The bathroom is very small and the door was warped. The breakfast was very lack luster. The area around the hotel was also very sketchy. They also take a $50 credit hold for “incidentals”. Never had this with big chain hotels that we have stayed at before. Will most likely never stay here again.

We came for the 4th of July .they allowed us to bring our grill and bbq which was amazing .breakfast was good .staff was friendly and helpful.easy check in !
