Well it started with the room we booked. My husband and I are both disabled and booked a king suite with roll in shower. When we got to the property who did allow us early check in after driving 12 hours which was greatly appreciated the room they gave us was the furthest from the elevator and was not what I booked. After booking I called them to make sure of availability of that room and was told no problem. I had to go and ask because we could not do that walk each way often and felt we would be stuck in that room. When I booked it said there were two of those rooms available and when I questioned them I was told they only had ONE room with a roll in shower on the entire property and it had been occupied for 2 weeks and they had no idea when they were checking out. They did offer to move us the following day to another room which they did do on the first floor where there was only one other room which was awesome since we had 2 dogs with us who bark at every little noise. They day time girls at the desk were awesome but be aware that after 5 PM there is no one at the desk to check in and there could be a wait if they aren't in the back. I also feel that we paid for the higher priced room but got a lesser room since the price per night didn't change. Now they were very understanding we checked in a day late and had to check out a day early. Also just so your aware this is one of the few dog friendly hotels in the area and there is a $75 fee extra for the stay PER.
