"The hotel was not safe to stay in. Crackheads were hanging out around the placel, and there were a lot of waste bags outside. I sought a refund and then left the room. That hotel room was filthy disgusting with large bugs crawling around it; there was blood on the couch, mold on the walls, and it smelled awful, as if something had died."

Half of the lamps in the room did not have any lightbulbs, the mini fridge was set to freezing when I arrived, and the TV was basically unusable for the entire week long stay. Still, overall room was decent, and staff were available to help when I needed it."
