This is the best place in Gilbert to gather and create family memories. There are 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and the best part is the amazing back yard. The back yard has one of the best private pools in Arizona, equipped with a 65,000 gallon 12’ deep diving pool complete with rock waterfall and slide, grotto with therapy jets, splash pad, diving platform and rope swing. There is a custom built in BBQ, and a blue glass fire pit with spacious seating.

The 5 bedrooms have 2 King beds and 3 queen beds and can sleep up to 10.

Updated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, new couch and loveseat in the family room, WiFi, internet TV, and PLEX pass with over 2,000 movies and over 75 full tv shows with all episodes on the amazon fire tv.

Inside you will find a pool table on the main floor, an arcade game and basketball game in the loft, massage chair in master bedroom, and a PRO-FORM elliptical trainer in the bedroom next to the loft. Instant book this awesome home.

Great walking and running paths along the canal south East of the neighborhood, our neighborhood is equipped with a basketball court and a separate park with jungle gym.

The pool has two heaters, a heat pump that is set for 80 degrees and comes with the rental, but it can struggle in the colder months to maintain 80. We have a gas heater that can supplement the colder months and can maintain 85 degrees. The cost for the gas heater is 125 a day and needs to be on for the duration of your stay.

This property is perfect for families. It’s close to shopping, food and the pool is great. The owners were awesome to work with and made sure everything was ready for our arrival. They went above and beyond and we really appreciated their hospitality.

A very nice property in a great location close to the airport, dining and attractions. We were definitely stay here again. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate for us to use the beautiful pool as we had hoped.

We had a super time! The backyard is an oasis. Grandkids didn’t want to leave the pool. House is so spacious and well equipped. Exactly as advertised and more. Great location for our needs. We had a great time at this home! We enjoyed the pool area the most! This is a great a place to stay for all. There is something to do for every age group! The location is perfect as well! We were able to walk along the canal and restaurants and amenities were within 1/2 a mile. We will definitely stay there again!

Awesome Pool and Backyard

Amazing pool and outdoor space

If you are looking for a great place to hang out in the pool this is the place! The pool is huge and has a slide, waterfall and an area for little ones to splash around. The house was very nice and very clean. Us old folks had a little trouble with the TV as it is streaming only but otherwise the house was a great fit for our group. We really enjoyed the games on the landing upstairs during the heat of the day as well as the pool table downstairs. Plenty to do to keep us entertained!

4th of July

This house was the absolute perfect stay for our group. We had 6 adults and four children and there was something for everyone. The amazing pool and backyard was a hit with everyone. The pool table and arcade games also saw lots of use. Doug was very responsive to the very few questions we had. Great house and would love to stay again.

the accomadations were very nice, back yard was fantastic, especially for the little ones. Only complaint was that the pool was not heated, we were under the impression that it was. Did not know we would have had to pay extra for that. (maybe we misread the ad) but all in all the stay w;as great. yes I would recommend it to anyone

Amazing getaway

Rented this house for a family get-together and birthday celebration. the pool is absolutely the number one selling feature. It is huge and beautiful and the slide is so much fun! I felt the inside was a little smaller than I expected from the photos but still plenty of room for 6 with an extra bedroom. Honestly we all just loved the pool. Would definitely rent again. The homeowner is very nice and responds quickly. We had a problem with the AC that he was quick to help with.

Great house for family vacation

We rented this house for a family vacation for my family, my sister's family and my parents. We have 4 grown sons in their 20's, and this house has so much for them to do that they never watched TV or hung out on their phones! The pool and backyard are awesome, and the house was perfect for the 10 of us. Doug, the owner, could not be more accomodating! We were in need of something that was not in the kitchen. He responded to my text immediately, and had the item at our door by 9am the next morning. The internet was down for a day to operate the control panel for the pool. I texted Doug, and he came over and manually turned everything on for us. This is a wonderful property with an awesome owner.
