The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Arizona winter getaway

We found the property to be as advertised. The only issue was lack of some cleaning supplies. We were there for six weeks. It would have been nice to have a floor mop…like a swifter to clean the tile floors as needed. My husband had to clean out the vacuum to make it usable. The lack of salt for the water softener caused a black discoloration in the toilets. Since there was no toilet bowl cleaner we purchased some to use which is fine. All in all the house was very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Very quiet neighborhood however one neighbor left a barking dog outside quite often.
