  • If you are seeking the perfect, affordable getaway with unmatched sunset, golf course, and mountain views, our home may be the right fit for your next visit to the Phoenix metro!

    The home is located in a quiet 55+ neighborhood in Sun City with plenty of parking and easy interstate access. We ask that the guest(s) be 55+.

    Inside and out, you will find a beautifully remodeled home that is the perfect place for a warm retreat! The home has 3 bedrooms that will accommodate up to 5 guests (1 king, 1 queen, and 1 twin bed). Located directly across from a golf course, the front porch is the perfect spot for sunset and mountain views!

    We ask that the home be booked for at least 1-Month during the winter months (1st of the month through the last day of the month). We also require a signed Rental Agreement, which we will send to you upon booking.

    Guests are responsible for adhering to all Sun City HOA rules and any penalties incurred by violating rules. This includes that trailers / campers are prohibited on the premises.

    Forgotten/Lost items can be returned at a flat rate of $50 (given shipping cost does not exceed $25). Returned belongings may take up to a month to return subject to current bookings; belongings will only be held up to one month after your stay.

    No cable or TV services. The home provides Roku for guests streaming services with guests own logins. Please remember to log out when checking out.

Great time in Sun City

This property was just as described. We had everything needed to enjoy a month in Arizona. Neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors friendly and helpful. Would have liked to have the house rules accessible, in the house, without having to go on-line to read them. Other than that, had a enjoyable stay and would come back again.

It was a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The house was equipped with most everything you needed. It ice make was a life saver lol. Very easy check in and all the info about garbage and recycle and everything was in the booklet which was very nice. And every time we needed anything they responded quickly. Would definitely stat again.

Beautiful sunsets

My wife and enjoyed our stay in Sun City and Daniels property provided an excellent location to access biking trails, Regional Parks and golfing. Being 10 minutes from Westgate Entertainment District was a plus to watch sporting events , shop and dine out.

Great For An Extended Visit

We came to Sun City to be near family members and to enjoy the beauty of the desert for a month. The house is comfortable, well equipped and nicely located. We enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch and evening meals on the shaded patio in the back. The golf course view and mountain background offered amazing sunsets! Check-in and check-out was easy.

Shabby place

Horrible beds- stained mattress-old dishwasher- incomplete set of old dishes- some chipped/- dining room chairs wobbly so we had to fix them all. Furniture very old and worn. We left a day early because we could not stand to sleep in the bed another night.

Deceptive and Unresponsive

Property listed as 3 BDRM but one is a futon in a closet. Furniture and window coverings staged for pictures. Foolish remodeling with ‘his and hers’ sinks in the bathroom off the living room. The stained, child size recliners were worn out, trash quality and we brought in our camp chairs to sit on. Three TV’s but only one remote worked. The ice maker on the refrigerator was broken as was the king bedframe. Our concerns were met with “We’ll fix it after you leave”. People we spoke with said all previous renters shared our dissatisfaction.

Mattresses were awful and one bed was broken which I messaged the host the morning after our first sleep. A handyman came over and looked at the bed and said, “oh yeah, the frame keeps coming apart and there’s nothing anyone can do about it” so 6 weeks with a broken bed and a straw mattress. I will send the chiropractor bill. Also, I have never seen so many tv remotes (most of which didn’t work or did nothing). Completely ridiculous- buy some antennas and get a universal remote for each TV - problem solved. This house is also not accessible for anyone with mobility issues. The master bath has a tub and the hall bath is so narrow, but it has the walk in shower (no grab bars and slippery as all get out! Kitchen was stocked well enough, but has zero room for groceries and the counter space disappears quickly as it is a very small kitchen. Furniture is terrible, sofas are so soft you are sitting on the floor and the recliners and uncomfortable too so your only other option is hard dining chairs or a single office chair. For the price and one month minimum rentals, they could make it a lot more comfortable and luxurious and at least take care of known issues.

Winter in Warmth

My mother and I enjoyed a very pleasant two months in Dan's home! The home is comfortable, the neighbors are great and the RCSC provided many opportunities for learning new hobbies!

Updated Sun City rental

We enjoyed this updated Sun City rental. It is aross from the South course. It was stocked with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The neighbors are friendly and watch out for you. The property manager, Virginia, rexponds to any questions or concerns pleasantly and promptly. It is very convenient to have the attached single garage. You will enjoy this property which is close to rec centers, grocery stores and freeways leading to outlet stores and stadium.
