If you are seeking the perfect, affordable getaway with unmatched sunset, golf course, and mountain views, our home may be the right fit for your next visit to the Phoenix metro!

The home is located in a quiet 55+ neighborhood in Sun City with plenty of parking and easy interstate access. We ask that the guest(s) be 55+.

Inside and out, you will find a beautifully remodeled home that is the perfect place for a warm retreat! The home has 3 bedrooms that will accommodate up to 5 guests (1 king, 1 queen, and 1 twin bed). Located directly across from a golf course, the front porch is the perfect spot for sunset and mountain views!
