This home has 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, with one full bedroom and bathroom downstairs. This home is great for entertaining and gatherings with its open floor concept. This home has enough space for everyone to be comfortable; It contains 3 large TV’s spread throughout the home, & a home theater room with a Roku Projector upstairs. The kitchen has a beautiful 8 person table a large granite island with 4 bar stools and a Sofa Table with 3 chairs that is perfect for sharing meals & laughter. Multi Slide doors lead out to the covered patio with firepits, outdoor speakers and a modern looking pool with built-in heated spa, designed for relaxing and enjoying the mountain views while listening to your favorite music. An additional side patio can be accessed from the sliding door next to the dining area, perfect for indoor/outdoor entertaining! One bedroom with private bath is on the main level. Two secondary bedrooms and full bath are upstairs, along with the laundry room, which also has access into a fantastic master suite! You'll love the huge master bedroom with tons of room for a sitting area; an office next to master bedroom & a deluxe bath with dual sink vanity, oversized shower with rain shower head.
