Located just off the 51 which makes traveling anywhere in Phoenix a breeze! Guest access Washer and dryer are available for guest use. They are located on the patio and are shared with 3 other people. Detergent and dryer sheets are provided and are located in the closet. There are two outdoor patios with seating areas and a large yard. They are shared spaces but are also available for guest use. One parking spot is included on the driveway. Street parking is also available and is easy to find.
