Check-in was easy, host communication was great. Hospitality was top notch, cold drinks waiting in fridge was a huge plus. Plenty of parking at house and tons of things to do in area. However, property fell short in two areas, pool sticks for the pool table and cleanliness of pool furniture. Pool sticks were short and small, definitely not regulation or for adults. Pool and patio furniture has bird poop all over. My wife had to wipe off pool chairs table chairs before we sat down to dinner.
