Our room was clean and had a nice firm bed. Bathroom was nicely decorated with black and marble. Wifi is weak in the room. Check in and check out was easy. We checked in with a friendly receptionist and then checked out with automat.
This hotel is close to the railway station ( maybe 10 min walk or less) and there is also a Eurospar supermarket if you need groceries and a Muller store if you need cosmetics and toiletries.
Plaza Inn is very conveniently located to the Mirabell Garden and you can easily walk to the old town along the river.
Our standard room was facing the street so traffic was loud but quieted down after 10pm so we got pretty good night sleep.
