It also meant no water in the sink and toilet. Pretty tough when preparing to check out. Our tours organised by a lady on post office road just 3 streets away from hotel was well discounted and good quality. Hotel staff helped with issues. They changed my room to ground floor on my request. Although it is not right on the beach as we thought from the photos, it is extremely close and no hotels are on the beach. Great area and wonderful staff! Best place we could find in Patong in our price range and it lived up to what we expected. Nice clean bathroom, big bed, fridge, good A/C, list goes on. This hotel is at the end of a relatively quiet little alley but is within 5 minutes to everything in Patong.
