We had a lovely little patio that we enjoyed every day. The staff were so helpful in calling taxis (Alba and Danish), contacting a laundry so we could drop off our clothes and not have to worry about trying to communicate in Spanish (Joao), leaving relevant messages for the next day's staff (Carlos)... They always followed through. Jose was a ray of sunshine at breakfast in the morning. Housekeeping was always so accommodating. The location is excellent - very central but quiet. We loved our stay at the Valentia.
