"What can I say? This property was a fairy tale! The gardens, the flowers, oh my! The most beautiful gardens I have ever seen. I couldn't stop taking photos of all the flowers. Someone works really hard there to make the environment perfect. In addition, the breakfasts were great every morning. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and gorgeous; even the ice bucket was beautiful. The hallway had the prettiest carpeting I have ever seen. Oh, did I mention the yummy cookies and lemon water they put out for us every day in the lobby? Oh, and the reasonable bike rentals were so nice. We rode around the entire island. This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. We would 1000% stay again! Thank you for an amazing stay on this beautiful island."

"Location and staff were great!!The room Was quite small for the price paid!! I’ve traveled the world since 1972 and am familiar with older structures and small rooms!! The room was clean and everything worked!! I had to stand on my bed to change the air conditioner temperature and air flow!! Don’t recommend this type of room for older people!! Great breakfast staff!!!"

"Property is absolutely beautiful and well maintained, from all outdoor spaces to all interior spaces. Every staff person I came into contact with, from front desk staff to waitstaff in both restaurants, in the general store, carriage drivers, everyone was so warm and welcoming and helpful. Food in the restaurants was fantastic! Such a relaxing getaway. Make sure to check the daily events as they are great…beekeeping experience, candy wagon, wine and fudge tastings, s’mores on the lawn, pizza making, etc., are all included. Highly recommend!"
