“Very nice and clean property on the north western side of the island, which means be ready for cooler and more rainy days. Good breakfast, good drinks and good room service, but no formal restaurant. Rooms are v clean and quiet. If you are looking for quiet retreat this is your place. If you want more happening place, choose something on the south side of the island.”

“This hotel is fantastic, but I would suggest having a rental car if you stay here. It's ideal for getting to a lot of places on the island but staying very convenient to Ponta Delgada and the many restaurants there in the evening. We went out on excursions every day, and many tour operators picked us up directly at the hotel.
