Nice hotel, wonderful staff, good breakfast, and easy accessible location to the Metro. The air conditioning was nothing to brag about. The a/c unit was under the desk with a small rectangle cut out to let the air through. The room was stuffy. We had to sleep on top of the sheets because it was so warm. And being that it was the end of June during a heatwave did not help the situation. Other than the a/c in the summer, a wonderful hotel.

Was very conveniently located for us as first time visitors to Milan. We were close to shops, tourist spots ( The Duomo), etc. The meals we had were very good ( breakfast and dinner), The hotel lay out is a bit strange, but it is because it is a transformed building ( not originally built to be a hotel), But it sits on a Plaza and the view from our window was marvelous for people watching! We had no noise from below, so that was great! It has a nice gym, and pool. We used the gym but not the pool

A Very Pleasant Stay in Milan I really enjoyed my stay at Uptown Palace. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay, and the location is very convenient, with the underground just a few minutes’ walk away. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. The restaurant is on the 13th floor and has glass windows all around, so you get beautiful views across Milan while having breakfast. It was a lovely way to start the day and definitely one of the things I enjoyed most about the hotel. Overall, I had a very nice stay and would definitely choose Uptown Palace again the next time I’m in Milan. A good hotel, convenient location and a really enjoyable breakfast experience.
