"The blonde haired receptionist was a bit rude when telling me we needed check in but she was able to get us rooms when checking in. We found about 6 or 5 ants/cockaroaches in our room. It was clean overall and the housecleaning was always refilling our supplies. However the room infront of us was noisy with a toddler in the night we could not sleep well as they kept crying and then on other nights there was people coming from the events being a bit rowdy in the hallways. Thankfully the ac helped muffle the noise. I enjoyed the pool as well."

"The hotel overall was good. Very close to the airport, which is what we needed. The restaurants and bars had lots of choices for food for different diets and young children. Some staff were excellent, and some were the exact opposite, so I gave my rating a “good”. The main thing to note is that the rooms have very poor sound insulation, so we heard doors slamming all night and a family with kids yelling past midnight on a Tuesday when we had to get up at 5:30am for an early flight. The shuttle is a great bonus, but it gets filled quickly so go early. The driver was very condescending. Overall, the good outweighs the bad and we’re already staying there again when we have less than 24 hours in between flights in Barcelona."

"Airport shuttle was a plus and the hotel had a very good dining room that served until 10:30 pm. Room was clean and quiet. Location to the airport was the reason we selected this hotel."

"Excellent Stay with Unbeatable Shopping Convenience, The hotel's position right next to the L'Illa Diagonal shopping mall is an absolute game-changer. Having top brands like Zara, Mango, and Primark right at your doorstep, along with a wide variety of restaurants and cafes, made grabbing meals and picking up essentials effortless. landmarks like the Sagrada Família are only about a 15-minute taxi or car drive away, Highly recommended!"

"We had a very good stay. Everything was very good from room, cleaning, bed size, staff, pool, housekeeping. Toilet door is sliding one and bit unsafe for kids to slide. Only disadvantage this property has is the 12 mins walk to station."

"El personal en recepción fue muy amable al atendernos. Las indicaciones para llegar al cuarto fueron las apropiadas, así como para recibir alimentos. El cuarto estaba limpio pero el baño necesitaba un poco más de atención. No había shampoo para el cabello, únicamente jabón. En general, el lugar está bien."
