The Brother Bear - Unit 3107 - Mountain View Condos was one of the worse places I have ever stayed. The cleanliness was not satisfactory. The Condo smelled musky and the air vents were rusty. The beds did not have adequate box springs or mattress frames. The bed linens were not fresh and had some stains on them. The beds were poorly made up. Showers were small and one had a slow drain causing the water to back up when showering. The main bathroom had a child size toilet. The towels were not plush and fresh. This Condo needs a lot of attention to details and much repair.

This unit should not have been rented until repairs were made. The master room bed had broken slats resulting in a deep depression in the middle of the bed. The microwave oven had a broken door that would not close. The dishwasher was damaged and did not work properly. The shower floors were dirty looking. Other than that, we enjoyed the location and the layout of this facility.

Easy access to unit. Unit was decently clean. The mattress (king) in the back bedroom is in dire need of replacement- middle of the mattress sinks in something terrible… terrible night’s sleep.

The unit was beautiful and clean! It was in the perfect location. It was right off the pigeon forge strip and close to everything. We were blessed that it sat back far enough so that we could get some sleep during the loud car show that went all hours of the night. We had a great trip and made the most of our time. I definitely wouldn’t recommend going during any car show event in the future. The traffic was horrible and the car show crowd drove dangerously and loud. We know many people that had their entire trip ruined by the slammed enough car show. We felt blessed to be staying in the brother bear unit where we were able to get a little sleep. I would definitely stay in the unit again but i will make sure there are no car shows going on.

Disappointing Stay – Poor Condition & Host ResponseThe condo was in poor condition upon arrival, with cleanliness issues and multiple broken amenities including the microwave, kitchen counter, refrigerator, toilet seat, and leaking French doors. Dirty and stained towels and pillows added to the discomfort. Despite notifying the host immediately about some issues, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. Additional problems arose during the stay, including cockroach sightings and water damage. The host insisted issues must be reported and verified within 24 hours, yet failed to act on initial reports. Overall, the unit was not as advertised and lacked proper maintenance and customer care. Not recommended.

This condo worked out perfectly for our family. We had 3 adults and 2 children, so the three bedrooms was just what we needed. Everyone had their own TV, so that was also quite nice. The kitchen was nice and had all the dishes, bowls, glasss and all kinds of utensils to use, it worked out great for us. Dining room/family room was very spacious and comfortable for everyone. Being on the first floor was perfect for us. You didn’t have some of the views that higher floors had, but that was fine for us. The condo had an entrance door and two back doors to use to go outside to the walking park area and play ground. That was nice for the kids. Our host took care of everything. We mistakenly left a pillow behind and Traci responded quickly to have the cleaning team locate the pillow for us. Our granddaughter really appreciated that support. Location is perfect to get to many attractions and restaurants with little driving time. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and we would recommend staying here again. Thanks

Great place and location!

Our family came in for a few days and this condo was perfect for us. The condo was nice, clean and the location was perfect. Definitely reccomend!

Nice condo in great location

The condo and property was in a great location. The swimming pool area is very nice, offers indoor and outdoor swimming. The inside of the condo was outdated as far as decor and not every room has a smart TV. But overall, great place.

Christmas vacation

We really enjoyed our stay and there was enough room for us all to relax after a day out . Kitchen was stocked well for a couple meals we made. Location was awesome, very close to everything. We will definitely be back

Great rental, close to attractions

This is a beautiful, well-appointed and clean 3 bedroom unit close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg attractions. Our family stayed overnight after a day at a water park and enjoyed the convenience and the home-like atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!

Nice simple and clean condo.

Close to the parkway. We stayed for the weekend. For the price was and size of our party it was better than paying for a hotel. Nothing fancy but functional for the cost. Nice for families. Tracey was easy to work with.

Nice pools

We enjoyed swimming while others were enjoying events. The water was clean, but building needed repairs, loose screens, etc. Location for condo was very nice. Surroundings were parklike and no traffic sounds. Rooms were nice but master bedroom leaked under the outside door when it rained. There was no hair dryer which was an essential item needed. Would have preferred a Keurig. Smart and Roku TVs were nice. Thank you. We would stay there again.
