Home features: One king master bedroom with luxury master bath, one bunkroom off the living room with two single beds(no tv, dresser or closet) and a Queen airbed. Sleeps up to 6. Unit is ADA accessible with ADA Toilet, grab bars, shower seat & hard surface floors. Home features Indoor and Outdoor Pools and hot tub.

Great location close to Traffic Light #1

We offer leather furniture and upgraded wood flooring and appliances. Free Wifi and Cable with HBO in all rooms.

Lots of choices are just steps or a short drive away. Shopping at the outlets, hike, bike or ski the mountains, go to Dollywood theme park and Splash Country water park. Groceries are available just a mile away at Walmart or Kroger.

We are just over a mile from the new convention center & The Island and just over 3 miles to Dollywood. Just one mile to the Cal Ripken Experience.

We have many restaurants to choose from and several walking distance. We're also close enough that you can walk to 3 Showcase Theaters Biblical Times, Smith Family Theater and Country Tonight.

Our condo is on the 3rd floor and offers an elevator and unit can be accessed by a wheelchair. Bathroom has extra wide doorways but is not a designated accessible bathroom.

Sorry No Smoking inside and no Pets per the condo policy. HOA does not allow Trailer parking

Quick weekend getaway
I was pleasantly surprised by this condo. I am somewhat of a clean freak and this condo was well kept, clean and very spacious. It was super close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Me and my two teen girls had a great time. We would definitely stay there again.

Great mini vacay
Condo was close to everything. Condo was very nice and clean. Washing machine had some issues. This was our only downer. As we pack light and use washing machines when we go places. Had to make other arrangements. Owner told us to try balancing the basket in machine but it looked like a bolt was missing to hold it in. Didn’t want to mess it up any worse. We would go back to this location. The owners thought of everything during our stay. Thank you.

This was a beautifully located condo, it was clean and a great vacation place! But the fire alarm kept chirping, upon arrival I messaged the owner. He asked us to remove the battery and the maid will be by to replace it. My husband removed the battery, and the alarm continued to chirp. I messaged the owner back informing we removed the battery and it’s still chirping, but we’re heading out and want to make sure the maid can come in. We never received an answer back and the maid never came with the battery. Overall nice place to stay, but the chirping was quite irritating.

Great location and clean
Overall, perfect place to stay and would stay again. Some things need repaired: Fireplace doesn't work right, dishwasher soap holder broke, Washing machine sounds like a monster is in it. Would be nice if it was a bigger washer and dryer and probably more cost effective as well. It was completely annoying and too loud to even watch TV. Everything else about the place absolutely loved and would stay again. Thank you for a great stay!

This was a great place to stay. It was very clean and easy to get to, but getting out could pose a problem for summer guests as it wasn’t busy when we were there. It was quiet and a nice getaway for our family for a couple of days.

Winter weekend trip
The condo was clean and very nice. The bed and furniture very comfortable. The Host was very responsive when I reached out and answered my request immediately. It was peaceful and close to everywhere we wanted to go, and we really enjoyed this much needed getaway.

The location was perfect and the place we stayed in was very nice and comfortable. Plenty of room for the family, and for the most part it was pretty quiet as well. The place was pretty clean and the amenities were pretty good too. I would stay again and recommend it to everyone.

We got there around 5 ready to check in. We found the room but the code didn’t work. I checked my email and tried it a few times and it didn’t work. I used VRBO’s virtual chat, they gave me the code which is the same I had and it didn’t work. They gave me the owners number. I called, no answer but left a voicemail. I called VRBO’s customer service. They were able to get ahold of the owner. We had been given the wrong code so he gave us the new one. Once we were there, we got the check in email that told us they don’t provide soap so we did have to go get soap for the shower. They also gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 of us so I got more toilet paper too. My only other complaint was when I put the sheets on the bunk bed, they were still damp, noticeably damp. Upon check in the elevator was full of leaves and the pool area was messy. It had been windy so I’m sure that added to the issue. The condo was nice but nothing special, I will say the beds were all comfy. The master bedroom had a wonderful mattress, I slept well! I would still stay there again now that I know what I need to bring. So with those tips, I’d recommend it.

Good location but not ideal condo
When we arrived it was cold and snowy and inside condo was 65 degrees. Heater only blowing cold air. Spent first night and next day freezing and wrapped in blankets until it was fixed. Expensive 5 days to spend the first night and day freezing and no offer from owner to compensate. Other little things like loose door handles, slow drain, and leaky faucet just makes you uneasy because you don’t want charged for issues you find upon entering. Kids said bunk beds were comfortable. Master bed very very soft and not comfortable. Outdoor of condo was not the best. Smashed eggs on our walk to condo door, 3 doors down, was not appealing and it was there all 5 days. Location was good. But the traffic to get anywhere was a nightmare.
