“We visited 3 days as a family of 4 and never did they replace the towels, empty trash nor straighten beds. We had to ask for extra coffee for the morning (staff politely supplied) and the coffee machine in the breakfast area did not have regular coffee, just decaf. The room smelled musty and the wall air conditioner was not very cooling.”
