“Checked out early because the room had mice and was very dirty.”

“We stay here every couple of weeks for part of the year. It’s in a convenient area, has handicapped accessible rooms and parking is pretty good. Rooms seem to have everything we need. Would be nice to have a cart for taking suitcases in at some of the other entrances.”

“The staff was not unkind but not overly friendly. The pictures that are available are very outdated and don’t accurately depict the current state of the facility. We found mold/mildew on the curtains, hair on the bed and bathroom floor. We also only received three towels in a room reserved for four people. We were too tired from traveling all day to inquire about changing rooms or adding towels.”

“There were dead bugs in the hallway the room smelled like mold and cigarettes there was blood and other questionable stains on the bedspread and poop was smeared in the bathroom we had to buy our own cleaning supplies to clean the room so that we could stay we were booked thursday through Sunday and we left Saturday morning because we couldn't stand another night not to mention the windows in our room would not lock not to mention when this was all mentioned to staff they completely disregarded……
