The apartment balcony is facing the pool, where there is a large turfed green space for kids to play (ours did gymnastics). The main one was no shelf or slip mat in the shower. This meant having to bend down every time you needed soap or body wash or shampoo. Not good on a slippery floor. The next thing, a minor detail, no toaster, presumably the oven was to be used.”

We had an issue with a broken clothes airer and this was replaced almost immediately which I can't fault and the host was extremely helpful.
