"Property is as they say. Right on the water. Just take a few stone steps down a hill to a fireplace platform then from there a few more to the lake. The house had everything we needed other then lids for bowls/plastic wrap/baggies for leftover food. But that was poor planning on our part. Rooms were nice and spacious. Only downside to our trip was the tornado that hit the town and we lost electricity for the remainder of our trip. Plus side: there was a large enough closest in basement to fit...

"Great place with lots of space indoors and out. Very near to everything in Bella Vista and only minutes away from Bentonville or Missouri. Recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet getaway near all the activities that NWA has to offer. Wasn’t an issue for us but if anyone in your party has mobility issues or problems with stairs this isn’t for you! The owner clearly states that in the property description."

"The moment I walked into this home the views blew me away…but views are just the ‘icing on the cake’ to what makes this place so great! Everything about this home is well thought out and met our needs for a ‘home away from home’. Easy access to the lake, kayaks, outdoor living areas were set up & ready for us to just enjoy ourselves. "Overall, the house is very nice. It will sleep 12 people, but living spaces are small enough that all could not fit in one space at the same time. The kitchen is not well stocked. Had to buy a decent knife and drain stoppers to wash dishes. The location is nice and the cove is private and pleasant. We enjoyed our time there."

"Beautiful view and really enjoyed our stay. Fishing wasn’t good at the time we stayed but really enjoyed just being able to go down to our own dock to fish off of. This place would be great for swimming off the dock. Water is really clear you can see all the way down to the bottom of the lake."

"We had a great stay. Very lovely home, very clean. We love the kayaks and canoe. We were visited by wild goats not sure if that ever happened but that was neat. My children love the trampoline and firepit with smores. We came all the way from Texas and enjoyed the view from the back porch. It was nice qnd quiet just what we needed for a relaxing stay. If we had questions the manager/owner answered back quickly."
