"The property was a surprise gem. It was super clean and comfortable. The owners amazed us with all of the little special touches that many vacation rentals don’t do. From the snacks, waters, seasonings, coffee options, and even mini makeup wipes it was amazing. We also had options of games and if you bring your pets they will feel loved too with the water/food bowls and dog bed. It was a very peaceful property and you get the added bonus of watching the owners horses graze in the property...

Please know that you cannot take fish remains to the dump. They have signs, and they told us they do not accept them. "This was a perfect location for a family get-together. The house was clean and the kitchen had enough dishes and cookware to accommodate a large group. The view from the screened in patio was gorgeous. The kids had a blast fishing from the peer and playing on the beach near the property. The host was very responsive to any questions. "It was a quiet and lovely home and we enjoyed it. Our only issue was that the air conditioner was not working on our first night and it was very warm. When we called the emergency line, we could only leave a message. While it was fixed the next day, it was not a pleasant first night."

"Great location on Lake Marion. Dock is set up for fishing and we caught a few big ones. House itself is exactly as described. Maybe not the Ritz, but it's Lake Marion. It's perfect for what it is. Very nice screened in porch looking out over the water. Almost a low country feel to the property and views. About 5 min from I-95 and 10 min from Santee Food Lion. Bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped appropriately. Great location for a golf weekend as well - plenty of decent courses...
