The cosy bedroom features a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, mirror and complete darkening for restful sleep. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and washbasin. The open living, dining and cooking area is modernly furnished and offers everything for comfortable self-catering: electric cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, filter coffee machine as well as crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. A dining table for four people, a comfortable sofa bed and SAT-TV complete the living area. Air conditioning and WiFi are included. The covered south terrace with direct access to the garden is equipped with a table, chairs and clothes horse - ideal for relaxed meals outdoors. A parking space is available on the property. The holiday apartment is located just 10 metres from the gravel beach, restaurants, supermarkets, cafés and the centre are within walking distance. The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for water sports, swimming, snorkelling, boat trips, cycling or mini golf. The accommodation is ideal for couples or small families who want to enjoy a relaxing beach holiday in a central location.
