The house is perfect for entertaining. It even has a pizza oven in the outdoor fire area! We loved playing darts while having a fire at night. The beds were very soft. For some who prefer a harder bed that might be a problem. The house is situated in a neighborhood but a quiet part of the neighborhood. Our recommendation would be to do some maintenance and cleanup, mainly on the outside. The gutters were full and all the outdoor cushions were stained and hammered. We love to hang out outside but didn't want to sit in the covered porch area because of that and it was just messy. The beds were very comfortable! We cooked most nights and the kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. A couple end tables or coffee table would be nice as we didn't have anywhere to put our drinks while watching t.v. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
