“WARNING:DO NOT BOOK A STAY AT THIS LISTING UNLESS YOU ARE OK WITH A HOUSE THAT REEKS OF CIGARETTE SMOKE! We walked & were immediately greeted by the overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke. With my wife's allergies, we could not stay & had to book a hotel room elsewhere, that cost us a lot more money & was further from Lucas Oil Stadium, where we were attending the Final Four, which was a surprise for my wife for her birthday. The host was very uncooperative & would not refund us any of our money……

“It was a pleasure staying here. It was a two-week stay, and I felt right at home. The neighbors were very friendly—the only exception was one day that got a bit out of hand; I apologize for that. 100% recommended; I would definitely book it again.”

“This house was perfect for our whirlwind "thrift trip". It is close to the stores we wanted to visit and close to town. The beds were SO cozy, the living spaces were SO cozy and since it was cold, the backyard space was good for a few minutes of picture taking to remember the trip. THANK YOU so much!”

“The property was decidedly tacky, clean but tacky. The decor is 1950s. The exterior was under construction ( not when we were there , but ding off and so on) . Narrow back entryway up stairs .
There was one double bed with the worst mattress I ever slept on. GET A NEW MATTRESS OWNER, Dave.
The boys (6' 2" and 6'7") had day beds and bunkbeds and had too squeeze in
Thank for the frozen pizza Dave-- it is sill in the freezer. Did not use Maxwell house bagged coffee either
